Financial Transactions

The finance and auditing module is an essential part of Vet-One. Finances are the lifeblood of any Veterinary practice, so great care has been taken to make the financial handling within Vet-One both powerful yet simple to use.

Vet-One as expected can handle the basics of veterinary finance, invoices, credit notes, estimates and insurance claims. Where the system excels is in the advanced way in which it handles these functions. Vet-One allows for part payments of invoices and credit notes, over payments, "Christmas" funds, payments in advance, and bouncing cheques. We have taken great care to ensure that Vet-One can deal with the real life finances of a Veterinary practice!! Daily and period figures provide the information needed to run the business smoothly while being alert to overall trends.

With financial information, security is important. Only those people with permission to see the financial details are able to do so.

Vet-One also contains a large number of financial reports, allowing for financial analysis of your business.

Like all modules within Vet-One a high level of customisation is possible. This includes the ability to export financial data into Microsoft Office, Sage accounting software and other leading accounting applications, if required. Integration with other leading accounts packages is also available if required.
