Client Management Module
The client management module is one of the core system modules dealing with all aspects of managing clients.
The client overview screen displays client information in a clear and concise manner, offering the most commonly used information first and allowing the user simple access to more detail information if required. As with all modules within the Vet-One system, complete customisation of the interface is possible, and the Vet-One team will be happy to discuss your requirements.
Client management includes several fast and powerful search facilities. This allows a user to find a client quickly and once located client information can be easily accessed, edited and recorded.
Vet-One works with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word and Excel. Other optional advanced features include auto address completion from a client postcode and the ability to display a detailed map which can be printed and used when visiting clients.
