Appointments Module
The Appointments module of Vet-One can be added to the basic modules to manage all aspects of Client and Animal consultations. Making an appointment is simple and easy. A powerful and speedy search tool shows all available appointments for a single Vet or all Vets after the day or time of your choosing. If required, appointments can be viewed and booked for other branches.
- Easy searching for available appointments.
- Vet, Nurse, Physiotherapist and other appointments as required.
- Consultation room management to avoid double booking of resources.
- Appointment duration customisable from 5 minutes to 1 hour.
- Double, Triple and Multiple appointments allowed.
- No available appointments today. No problem. Book the appointment at a branch surgery just as easily.
- Postponed and Cancelled appointments recorded in Client History.
- Generation of Vet/Nurse appointment rota.
- Extensive appointment analysis, resource utilisation and revenue by Vet, Surgery and Consultation session.
- Emergency appointments catered for.
- Clients can book their own appointments on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Secure access to client booking screens only and can be limited to make one appointment. Can be limited to selected or special clients. This configurable option does take the telephone pressure off a busy reception but may not be suitable for all practices.
